This parish in St. Augustine, Florida is the oldest Catholic parish in the United States

I have found within myself that I crave the spiritual and divine connections that Church offers. I have visited this place many times but today was the first time that I went to mass here. The building, the connection to the past and this season of Advent very very moving to me.

Today was the third Sunday of Advent. A day of fierce hope and great joy. The reading from Isaiah is a favorite. We are reminded that the Spirit of the Lord was upin Him and he had come to set the captives free….
